The United States Decided to Put a Ban on People Who Misuse Commercial Spyware

The Biden Administration of the United States had declared on Monday, that it is starting a new policy. This policy states that it will impose a visa restriction on individuals who misuse commercial spyware. This policy also includes visa restrictions on the individual person’s spouses and children too.

This was announced on Monday by Secretary of United States Antony Blinken. The United States is extremely worried about the commercial misuse of spyware, which threatens the privacy, peaceful assembly and freedom of expression around the globe. Secret attacks, kidnapping and murders are committed by using the spyware. This is creating a severe issue and threatening situation for American citizens, government officials and intelligence experts.

This statement announced that the United States had always been promoting freedom of expression and human rights. They are working on getting information and bringing them under the law, from the individuals who are misusing spyware as soon as possible.

Blinken announced that the new visa policy will be under the National law 212 (A)(3)(C). Using spyware weaker communities and their families are mainly targeted for threatening. The United States seriously wants to end this criminal activity.
